    We all have to be pro-active about our own health. Well, when we need to sell a home it works the same way. We have to be personally motivated and realize it’s our own job. And to sell a home in the Springfield area we need a plan. We need to write down the reasons we need to sell and also the things we are willing to do ourselves to get a sale.
